1. Strategic Community Communications
MULTiNSPIRE® offers end-to-end agency expertise in strategic communications, digital transformation, creative copywriting, and professional media production. Drawing on extensive experience consulting for major alliances like AIDS Action Europe (AAE), the European AIDS Treatment Group (EATG), the Cy Checkpoint and Cyprus PrEP Point (by AIDS Solidarity Movement), we translate complex projects, research and digital harm analysis into compelling campaign assets, including high-impact video documentaries, podcasts, infographics, and sustainable community toolkits.
2. Audiovisual Digital Production, Apps & AI Literacy
Operating through our fully equipped in-house studio, we produce broadcast-quality audiovisual deliverables, from cinematography project, documentaries and educational video series to professional podcasts. Beyond traditional media, we conceptualise and develop interactive digital applications, progressive web apps (PWAs), and eLearning modules tailored to the specific needs of EU-funded consortia. Recognising the rapid evolution of generative technologies, we also champion AI literacy. We design capacity-building frameworks that empower civil society organisations (CSOs), project partners, communities, groups and key populations to ethically and effectively utilise AI tools for digital advocacy, ensuring that technological advancement is matched with critical digital skills, data privacy, and human rights safeguards.
3. Community Engagement
Our team possesses over 15 years of grassroots leadership in human rights, public health, and social research. Key milestones of C.Krasidis include founding Proud Cyprus (2026) and Accept LGBTI Cyprus (2010), chairing the AIDS Solidarity Movement board (2023-25, 2025-27), and serving on the AIDS Action Europe Steering Committee (2018-23). The leading team at MULTiNSPIRE® has actively managed international awareness campaigns, established safe community spaces, and championed intersectional LGBTIQ+ visibility across Cyprus & Europe.
4. Behavioural Research & Access to Key Populations
MULTiNSPIRE® brings community expertise in pan-European survey implementation to strengthen project research methodologies. Our leadership has spearheaded national implementations of large-scale behavioural studies, such as the European Men-who-have-sex-with-men Internet Survey (EMIS 2017 & 2024). Furthermore, Christos was the leading figure behind the communication and dissemination of "PrEP in Cyprus" survey (2018) and "Chemsex in Cyprus" survey (2019), on behalf of the AIDS Solidarity Movement, and has managed data collection and analysis for community data via the CBVCT Centre of the AIDS Solidarity Movement, demonstrating our proven ability to safely access hard-to-reach populations for evidence-based policymaking.
5. Policy Co-Creation & Institutional Advocacy
We excel at connecting grassroots activism with high-level institutional reform. Christos' key achievements include co-authoring the National PrEP Plan for Cyprus, advocating for the decriminalisation of HIV transmission, and presenting strategic health proposals directly to parliamentary human rights committees. Our leadership holds strategic advisory roles with the WHO Regional Office for Europe (A-Net) and the ECDC (focal point for the Dublin Declaration), ensuring community insights directly shape transnational policy.
6. Capacity Building & Safeguarded Interventions
MULTiNSPIRE® is an expert training provider whose team has designed and delivered over 200 tailored workshops and capacity-building sessions over the past decade. Recipients include national bodies such as the Cyprus National Addictions Authority, the EATG Step-Up Academy, and numerous local CSOs. Our team has contributed to major EU-funded initiatives, including the EU4Health "CORE" programme (led by AIDS Action Europe) and the CERV "Safe-R" programme (led by the Cyprus Family Planning Association).
